How long will it take to get my shiny new website online?
What information do I need to provide?
We’ll need to know some basic information about your business, what you would like to get from a website and an idea of the overall look and feel you wish to achieve. Our friendly Design Team will discuss your ideas over the phone at a time that suits, and afterwards we’ll send you over a questionnaire so we have everything we need to create your perfect site.
For our Web Design Express package, we’ll ask you to send us over the copy you’d like to see on your website. We can provide images but if you have any in particular you’d like to use or a logo you can send us that too.
Can you provide copy and images for my website?
Web Design Express
Web Design Express does not include any copy written by our Design Team. We’ll be in contact with you, to request up to 800 words for the main body of your website. All copy provided will be proofread by us, before it touches your website - it always helps to have an extra pair of eyes!Web Design Starter, Web Design Plus, Web Design Shop
Yes. Our in-house copywriters will provide unique content based on your brief. We’ll also provide relevant stock images, in addition to any images you wish to provide yourself e.g. logos or your own photography.Do I need any technical knowledge to use this service?
No. We take the stress out of creating a website and take care of all the technical stuff. Once your site is built, we’ll make any updates for you so you never have to make any changes yourself.
Can I give feedback on my website before it goes live?
Yes of course! With Web Design Starter, Plus and Shop, we allow for a round of changes before making your website live. This gives you the chance to review your site and make any amends. Changes need to be requested in writing before we can get to work.
What if I need to make changes to my website?
If you opt for Web Design Express, we do not offer a Website Maintenance service but if you'd like to upgrade your site at any point, please get in touch and our team will chat through all your options.
All of our other Web Design services are completely managed, so you don’t need to make any changes yourself. Simply get in touch by dropping us an email each month with your changes and we’ll get them sorted for you.
What changes can you make for me?
Our Web Design Starter, Plus and Shop packages include up to 2 hours of amends each month. The most common changes we make include:

What if I want to expand my website?
We offer a range of Web Design packages to suit all business types and budgets and there are lots of add-ons too. You can easily add more pages, content, images and shop products or get in touch to discuss any extra services you may need and we can give you a quote.
Can I use the Web Design service to manage an existing website?
Yes, however, before we can get you on board our Design Team will need to access your existing website to check how your site would be integrated and managed. If everything looks ok and we are able to move your website onto our website editor, we’ll give you a quote to join the service.
I already have a domain name. Can I use it with this service?
Absolutely. Although we do recommend transferring your domain name to us as it makes it a lot easier to get your site online, and manage everything thereafter.
How much is the Web Design Express package?
Our Web Design Express package is a little different to our other plans as it's a one-page website and it can be built in just 3 days*! Also, instead of paying an upfront fee plus a monthly subscription fee, you simply make a one-off payment of £299.99 and that’s it - you'll have a website in just a few days! Please note, after the first year, there is an annual charge of £24.95to cover your website’s hosting.
