Select PHP Version in cPanel

You can choose between multiple versions of PHP in your cPanel hosting, to do so login to cPanel and click on Select PHP Version

You can select from multiple versions of PHP including the latest stable release PHP 7, the page also allows you to enable or disable various PHP modules for your hosting. Please be aware that not all modules may be available by default.

Once you’ve selected the version of PHP you want to run, click the set as current option. Please be aware that this will change the version of PHP on all of the domains hosted in your cPanel hosting account listed under addon domains. Please ensure that before you change the version of PHP you have checked the websites running on your hosting are compatible with the version you are moving to.
