How to log in to your account

This guide will explain how to log in or regain access to your LCN account and how to access Webmail for email accounts hosted with LCN. 

Logging in to the LCN account control panel 

You can log in to your LCN account by clicking the Log in button in the top right corner of the LCN site. 

You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password to log in to your account. 

What If I have forgotten my login? 

If you have forgotten your account login, click Forgot Password? located above the Password box. 

You will be presented with the option to reset your password with either your account referenceemail address, or username

If all else fails, you can get in touch with our support team by LiveChat, phone or email. They can help with regaining access to your LCN account. 

Logging in to Webmail 

If you need to access a mailbox hosted with LCN, you’ll need the Webmail login page rather than the Dashboard login page. 

To log in to Webmail, enter the email address that you need to access and the mailbox password for the address in question.

Please note: Resetting a mailbox password will require access to Webmail or the LCN Dashboard – you may need to contact the account holder to request a new password for your email address if you don’t have access to the main LCN account.
