How to close your LCN Account
If you have closed the business or don’t have use for your domains and hosting services, we can close your account for you.
When the time is right and you need to close your account with us, you will need to call our Customer Care team on 0345 363 3637 and pass our security measures before requesting an account closure.
Alternatively, you can raise a Support Ticket from your Online Control Panel.

What might prohibit me from closing my account?
If you request a closure of your account, and we refuse, there is a valid reason for this.
We cannot close your account if you still have active services on your account, which you will be able to see within the Billing Section of your Online Control Panel.
This section allows you to see your expiry date.
Once your packages have fully expired, we can continue with closing your account.
