How to adjust your Site settings using InstantSite

Your site settings are used to change your company information, logo and social icons across your entire site. This guide is designed to show LCN InstantSite customers how to adjust their Site settings using InstantSite.

If you are looking to edit a specific section of the site settings, you can choose the section below:

• Info
• Logo
• Social Icons

Let’s get started…

Info / Site Information

1. Login to the InstantSite editor.
2. At the top of the page, click the cog .
3. Click Info from the drop-down menu.
4. Fill in each field with your relevant company information, for example:


• Site Name: LCN
• Address: Units H, J, K, Gateway 1000, Whittle Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2FP, UK
• Phone number: 01438 532 000
• Email: example@lcn.com
5. If you don’t want any of these fields visible on the website, click visible next to each field to toggle these options on and off.

Logo

1. Login to the InstantSite editor.
2. At the top of the page, click the cog .
3. Click Logo from the drop-down.
4. Click Change image.
5. Choose an image from either My images, Template images or Free InstantSite images. If you can’t find an image you like, simply upload your own by clicking Upload image and choosing an image from your computer.
6. Once you have selected your image, click Confirm.
7. Your image will automatically be added to the logo section of your InstantSite template.

Social Icons

1. Login to the InstantSite editor.
2. At the top of the page, click the cog .
3. Click Social Icons from the drop-down.
4. You can choose to show your Social Icons on the header and footer of your website. Simply click the box next to Show in header and Show in footer to toggle the Social icons on and off.
5. Enter your social media addresses into each relevant box. For example:
• Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lcndotcom
• Twitter: https://twitter.com/lcndotcom
