How to add and remove a payment card
This guide is to help LCN customers add, remove, and update their payment card details.

Adding a payment card
If you would like to make renewing and purchasing services quicker and easier, saving a payment card to your account will help and provide you with the use of our auto-renew services. We have now updated our system so you can assign different cards to renew different services. You can read more on auto-renew here.
To add a new card…
- Log in to your LCN account and head to your Control Panel.
- Float your mouse over Billing and click Manage Payment Methods
- Click Add New Card
- A form will appear, fill this in with your relevant billing details and click Submit.
- You will then be prompted to enter your relevant card details then click Continue.
Please Note: Storing a card to your account is not required, but would be needed if you want to enable auto-renewal for any services within your account.
That’s it, you have now added a new card to your LCN account.
Removing a card
In the event you would like to remove a payment card…
- Log in to your LCN account and head to the Control Panel
- Float your mouse over Billing and click Manage Payment Methods
- Click Actions to the right of the card you would like to remove.
- Click Delete to remove the card for your account.
- You will be asked if you are sure you would like to remove your card. If you are happy to proceed click Yes.
Please Note: If you do not have any payment methods on your account you will not be able to renew your services.
That’s it, you have now removed a card from your LCN account.
