How to enable TLS (Secure Email)

Transport layer Security (TLS) is a protocol designed to allow the sending of secure mail through any network. Most email programs will allow you to set up your email address with this added security feature and we advise you to do so if you are on an unsecured network or have any concerns regarding your email security.

There should be an option within each email programs to add this extra security layer on either an already created address or on a new account. This is normally found in the Advanced section of the email program. This can be added on both the incoming and outgoing mail servers.

If you a presented with an option of choosing SSL or TLS, select TLS as this is the protocol our servers support.
