How to configure email accounts on Cloud hosting using cPanel
This guide will provide the settings needed to add email accounts that have been created in cPanel to email client applications or devices.
SSL/TLS secured POP/IMAP settings
Account type: | POP or IMAP |
Incoming server: | Your server host-name (eg. cloud123456-1.lcncloud.com) |
Port: | 993 (for IMAP) 995 (for POP) |
Username: | full email address |
Password: | Mailbox assword |
Outgoing server: | Your server host-name |
Port: | 465 |
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
Non SSL POP & IMAP settings:
Account type: | POP or IMAP |
Incoming server: | mail.yourdomain.com (or server IP address) |
Port: | 143 (for IMAP) 110 (for POP) |
Username: | full email address |
Password: | Mailbox assword |
Outgoing server: | mail.yourdomain.com (or server IP address) |
Port: | 25 |
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
